Where do you deliver?
We currently ship to the UK and Australia. We may be able to ship to your country — please get in touch with us to discuss delivery options.
Due to import taxes and regulations, we’re currently unable to ship to the EU or the US.
How much will my delivery cost?
UK: Free delivery. We use Royal Mail’s postal service, Evri or Yodel Direct.
When will my order be delivered?
UK: We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible (usually within 2-3 working days), so it should arrive within 4 – 7 working days. It may take up to two weeks for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order within two weeks, please contact us here.
Rest of the world: Delivery aim: 5 - 7 working days.
Returns
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund, excluding delivery fees. You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items and we advise you choosing a tracking option with proof of postage. Please contact us here to arrange a return.
Faulty items
Every single item is carefully checked before dispatch but if your item arrived damaged, please contact us here immediately to organise a replacement or return. If an item is agreed to be damaged, your postage costs will be refunded.
